Dr. Suryakanta Panda

Dr. Suryakanta Panda is an Academician-turned-Education Entrepreneur with over 35 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and consulting across undergraduate and postgraduate professional programmes. He holds a PhD in Management and has been a pioneering force in professional and technical education in the state of Odisha since 1990.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in establishing and managing professional and technical institutions, Dr. Panda is recognized as a front runner in the education sector. His academic expertise spans Finance and Accounting, complemented by strong industry exposure and consulting engagements.

Beyond academics, he has successfully established industrial units and promoted several societies and trusts, contributing significantly to educational development, institutional growth, and social advancement. His vision, commitment, and entrepreneurial leadership continue to inspire students, faculty members, and academic institutions across Odisha.

Dr. Mamata Mohapatra

Professor | Ethics, Human Values & Ancient Indian History

Dr. Mamata Mohapatra is a distinguished academician specializing in Human Values, Ethics, and Ancient Indian History. She holds a PhD in Ancient Language and brings over 33 years of rich experience in teaching, research, and consulting at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Her academic work reflects a deep commitment to integrating ethical values, cultural heritage, and moral leadership into contemporary education, particularly in professional and management studies.

Presently, Dr. Mohapatra serves as a Professor at the Institute of Business and Management Studies (IBMS), Dhauli, Bhubaneswar, where she continues to inspire students through her scholarship, experience, and commitment to holistic education.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad Patro

Director, R&D | Professor, Economics

Dr. Rajendra Prasad Patro is a seasoned economist with over 22 years of extensive experience in research, consulting, and advisory services, working closely with both government and non-government organizations at the state and national levels. He holds a PhD in Economics and is recognized for his strong analytical and policy-oriented expertise.

Dr. Patro has been instrumental in conceptualizing, executing, and managing multiple social sector projects, and has served as an Advisor to several State and Central Government initiatives, contributing to policy formulation, impact assessment, and program evaluation.

In addition to his consulting and advisory roles, he has been actively involved in academics as a Guest and Adjunct Faculty at various reputed business and educational institutions, bringing policy insight and research orientation into the classroom.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Das

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Das is an Assistant Professor in Marketing and General Management and an MBA graduate from a reputed business school, with over 23 years of professional experience, including 16 years in industry and 7 years in academics.

He possesses strong exposure to both corporate and academic environments, enabling him to effectively integrate practical industry insights with management theory.

Mr. Das is committed to academic excellence, experiential learning, and fostering industry–academia linkages, making him a valuable contributor to management education and institutional growth.

Ms. Sumagna Panda

Adjunct Faculty | Associate Professor | Risk Analysis & Data Science

Ms. Sumagna Panda is an accomplished professional with over eight years of industry experience, supported by a strong academic foundation in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education & Research, Odisha, and a Master’s in Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.

She was the Topper and Gold Medalist in her MBA program at the Xavier Institute of Social Service, reflecting her academic excellence and dedication.

Known for her strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills, Ms. Panda creates engaging, practical, and student-centered learning experiences. Her areas of contribution include Risk Analysis and Data Science.
